Easy 20-Minute One-Pan Lemon Herb Chicken Breast Recipe

Welcome back to Kitchen by Mom! Today, we're making a lifesaver for busy nights. This Lemon Herb Chicken is juicy, zesty, and takes only one pan to clean.

Ingredients:

  • 2 large chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • 1 fresh lemon (half sliced, half juiced)

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Season: Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic, oregano, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

  2. Sear: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Place the chicken in the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.

  3. Deglaze: Pour the lemon juice into the pan during the last 2 minutes of cooking. Place lemon slices on top of the chicken.
