Welcome back to Kitchen by Mom! Today, we're making a lifesaver for busy nights. This Lemon Herb Chicken is juicy, zesty, and takes only one pan to clean.
Ingredients:
2 large chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 fresh lemon (half sliced, half juiced)
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Season: Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic, oregano, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Sear: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Place the chicken in the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
Deglaze: Pour the lemon juice into the pan during the last 2 minutes of cooking. Place lemon slices on top of the chicken.
Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with your favorite side dish!
